Chris Banzet Sr. grew up in Hill City, South Dakota, a small town near Mount Rushmore, where he was shaped by Midwest values and a strong work ethic. His father, a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, ran a local sporting goods shop where Chris began selling at age 12. That early experience laid the foundation for a lifelong journey in sales, service, technology, and business.
He served eight years in the U.S. Army, specializing in fuel and electrical systems. During his service, he studied psychology and business while launching a side career in sales. That blend of technical knowledge and direct client engagement became the core of his professional path.
With over 35 years in the office technology field, Chris has held roles as a sales consultant, technician, global account manager, sales manager, vice president, and business owner. As a global account manager, he worked directly with several Fortune 100 companies, developing new sales and managing their ongoing account needs. He later served as Vice President for a larger office technology firm, bringing executive-level experience that complements his years as an independent business owner.
Chris is known for creating a seamless and fluid transition between technical service and sales strategy. His expertise in logistics, system planning, technology integration, and fleet optimization allows him to deliver solutions that work in real-world environments.
His philosophy is simple: “Focus on taking care of the customer first, and all other things will fall in place.” That belief continues to drive the growth of BIZ PRO and defines its client-first model. By listening closely, asking the right questions, and aligning solutions to the client’s actual needs, Chris helps businesses avoid costly missteps and achieve long-term results.
